Recently I was involved in a discussion regarding the mission of finding ones life purpose. This is obviously of great interest as we can see many books and information that are based on how to know, by finding the answer to this question.

I’ve noticed that it usually begins with a growing sense of dissatisfaction with my ‘ordinary’ current life experience as it is known in this moment. Thoughts begin to come into my awareness like, I desire more meaning in life, I either like or don’t like what I am doing yet, I know that I am here to do more by experiencing more. What is it? The restlessness is consistently building within. Nothing seems to satisfy me and I find myself at times in moments of complete boredom and frustration. Nothing seems interesting to me. A growing desire is there for something but nothing seems to be fitting that desire.

 I am Being in a state of not knowing. And I am wrestling with it, by resisting it. I find that we as humans do not like not being in a state of not knowing…

 Nature has been an amazing teacher for me. By understanding the cycles and seasons we are able to see the process of Life in active motion, always unfolding into the new…and this is how we learn to go with it.  A deeper trust growing our faith as we learn to understand that each and every experience is a stepping stone of this journey leading us into the discovery of Be-coming our Authentic Self.

 Understanding that there is a season for every purpose under the sun; a time to plant, to grow, to harvest, to rest and then begin again.

We want shortcuts, and we want it now. So we go about taking quizzes and psychological tests, and trying out all sorts of things, to find out how we operate in our own unique way. We seek to understand what makes us tick, who we are, what are we passionate about, what do we love and desire, what brings us a deeper sense of contentment?

 I call this going through the menu of life. A sifting and sorting process. A necessary process. For it reveals in the unfolding experience, one by one, that what we are looking for, doesn’t come from our outer experiences, it comes from knowing our most inner self. And our outer experiences is what is revealing this to us…that’s the purpose of not being satisfied with what is happening on the outside. To turn us around and head inward to find the answers…

Bringing what is authentically you into awareness of the Present moment, and leaving the rest, to be the ground we walk upon for the ongoing journey. All of our life experiences, serve a greater purpose in our lives, if we would only shift our perspective, from subjective to objective, and understand this.

Each experience is uncovering or unfolding our natually innate gifts and talents and abilities that we desire to put to ‘good’ use which seems hidden from us in this moment. It is right here within us.

 What I have been made aware of through observing my life, and the life of those around me, is that we tend to find things to constantly distract and busy ourself with, which sets us on a vicious cycle of searching and seeking, that then leads to worry, angst and despair. We tend to repeat creating problems that needs solving or fixing. Have you ever noticed this? It tends to wear us out. We become weary in our minds and then our emotions reinforce this weariness and eventually it shows up in our bodies with little or no energy to do anything at all, and sometimes we find ourselves with an illness or dis-ease, physical or mental. And this gets our attention in ways that, before it ever happened, did not.

 An unspoken need to rest and do nothing, but be still in ourself, created by our Authentic Self for our good outcome.

 How we accept these things can be defined by Who is doing the asking. Is it our Soul asking, ‘what is this lesson for, what is being learned here? Or is it our personality asking, ‘why did this happen to me!? What did I do to deserve this?!’

A Divinely Intended opportunity to call oneself back from the leaving of the pieces of oneself left behind in scattered emotionally charged experiences of the outer world, and an invitation to come home and rest and get clear in our understanding.

 It is the moment to Be alone or All One.

As I continue to observe myself and have seen myself in moments of this state of unrest, I am able, in Inner Communication, to understand how this came about via my thinking mixed with my emotions and well, it’s quite a cocktail, and I have found that I am able to be quite good at keeping myself in a perpetual tail spin, from where I was desiring to be.

Fully Present, All One in My Rightful Place.

Being my Authentic Unfolding Self.

 By allowing a Never-ending Love to flow through me, expressing, uninterrupted, by keeping the tap root of my connection to this Source of Love open, I am able to see that Love is following Its natural course, and is flowing from and towards my Being always, which is leading to my Highest Potential at all times, and I am naturally serving in the purpose for the Highest Good of All, when I choose to be aware of this. It’s not by having and devising an agenda. This Love I speak of, has no agenda, why? Because IT is always living as ITSELF. That is all IT IS through everything that is changing.

 An active, restful state of Peace and Joy. Resting comes from Trusting that All is already Well and Divinely unfolding in life. I have a purpose for Being here, and this is true for all who share this planet.
And this purpose for me to be here, is to be here as I am. The only time this becomes an issue, is when I forget the I, I am.

 I have shared here about being conditioned by external influences. Has anyone ever said to you at any time in your life, statements such as, ‘you can’t do that, or you’ll never be able to do that?, you’re not smart enough, talented enough, you don’t know what you are doing or talking about? Your head is in the clouds, you’re dreaming?

 Little seeds of doubt being planted by those who have forgotten their own nature, and perhaps if you live from your authentic nature,  then they see that they are not living from theirs. It is Fear based in its intention.
Fear of change from the familiar ways of living life here.
 

When we live on autopilot, these weed seeds of ideas, are allowed to grow unawares if left unattended.

 When we sense the growing unrest, the boredom, the lack of vitality or Energy, the I don’t know what to do or what I want to do thoughts, this is showing us that we are out of touch, we are not connecting with our Authentic Self, who always knows what to do. And this includes what we define as mundane living. It may be, that we are being given an opportunity to view the mundane with new eyes, a different perspective. A take the time, this moment, to just be still and watch the clouds, and ask, ‘Who made these clouds for me to InJoy?’ To be Present with the Immortal Presence.
 

We cannot connect with our Authentic Self if we are not aware of whether something is covering over our Inner State of Being, where our True Nature resides. We are allowing all manner of outer thoughts to cut in line, without taking into account whether our thoughts are lifting us up or depleting us with their messages. We are giving more sway, yielding to outside power, giving in, to these negative states of being, and forgetting who we authentically are. We are Souls, Spirit’s children, the expressions of An Immortal Love.

By consciously making it a practice of staying aware, by remaining off autopilot, we are able to focus on the thoughts streaming through. At first, we tend to stop them and argue with some of them, defending ourself against some of them, but as we practice consistently in just observing our thoughts without getting involved in them, we begin to let them rise and by not offering any arguments, just being with them, we find the emotions that can be enwrapped in certain thoughts, will rise too…and these too will go after awhile. This is where the writing down of ones thoughts streaming through, especially upon rising first thing in the day, is a very beneficial practice. You will be surprised at what is revealed or showing up on the page. It reveals what is in our inside carryall bag, we are unknowingly carrying around.

 This is not about ’trying to write about something. This is flow writing, whatever is passing through your mind in the moment. You will begin to recognize the ‘peanut gallery’ in there.

 Once you begin to be aware of your thoughts, you can now begin to stay consciously aware of them and align them with your Authentic Nature’s Mind, as is shared in the Sacred Prayers in this blog.

I have taken 3X5 cards and written the entire Sacred Prayer thoughts down one at a time, practicing them until they became first language to me. Asking for Immortal Spirit to breathe ITS understanding into these words within my Being.

The Sacred Prayers are a tool to use, to assist in being conscious of our True Nature, and watch how our personality-ego will chime in and say, this is absolutely stupid. Keep on going and break through…

Our Authentic Nature reveals ~
 

I am Eternal. (Child of God)

 I am Immortal. (Child of God)

 I am Universal. (Child of God)

 I am Infinite. (Child of God)

 

One at a time until, they begin to immediately come to mind in the moments when the Inner Critic raises it voice.

 Practicing them is what allows them to become more and more first nature in response.

 These words will lift your persepective, INSpirit, and remove the weight of unworthiness that is falsely ingrained in each of us from the conventional thinking of society. Feel the meaning of these words, by Being with them. This is our true language. It is the language of the Heart, and it is felt and known as it is experienced. And our inner critic is silenced when met with these words.

 See for yourself. Check everything out for yourself to see if it is true or not. No matter who is saying it.

 At first, in the beginning of saying these words, it may feel a little bit or a lot of bit uncomfortable, to say and think these thoughts. We feel like we are violating some Sacred boundary only reserved for those whom we consider to be of superior making, other worldly beings…Ask for Divine Discernment and Wisdom to know what is True, and not true for you.
You are answered as you ask. And Immortal, Never-ending Love responds by revealing to you, ITs nature Present in you.

 Your Higher Self will not lead you astray nor deceive you. IT is connected to The Immortal Source-Giver of All Life~

 Your Highest Potential and Good are ITs only purpose. You will begin to see the difference. The difference of your Authentic Nature, and the endless nurture wanted by your outer personality. The one with all the agendas.

Once you have established where your Rightful Nature resides in perspective, you are now more open to the leading of your Higher or Authentic Self, because it remains in Constant contact with GOD-Immortal Source of Love, for your well-being. You are able to relax into the flow of this Love more and more, because you are now open to receive from IT with regularity. You are now aware of ITs Presence always with you.

 

You will find yourself just being yourself without any agendas to be anyone or anything else other than who you are authentically, without all the covers. Just showing up and participating in the moment. Naturally gravitating towards your desired experience and outcome. And amazing things will Present themselves to you ~

‘For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’

Children, live life naturally in an open state of being, and live through their daily experiences as they unfold, they have no agenda’s, or expectations, but only are being themself as they go through an experience, and then let them go into the next one. They move forward. They are feeling oriented consciousness. Children naturally radiate their energy based upon what they are experiencing in the moment. Naturally calm, or gregarious, sometimes irritated, sad, angry or tired. They respond to their moment and then forget it. Have you ever seen a child who played so hard that they have fallen asleep on the spot? See how peaceful they are as they rest. They trust completely that All is Well.

We are these children. We just forget.

 Do you ever wonder why this is their natural essence or State of Being? I have…

So, in Asking about these things, I was shown to be more observant, to pay attention.

As children, we come into this world with only our bare physical bodies housing our Immortal formless Spirit Life Energy. We are Life be-coming, unfolding… we are, as Guy Finley says; I, yet, known.

Children do not wonder if they will be fed or clothed or where they will live, and in their most formative moments do not ask for anything at all. They already trust that they have it. They are the complete picture of Trust through all their changing circumstances. Their imaginations are vivid and active and they are experiencing what they desire in the moment to experience, without possessing any doubts of it already being here.
They do not consider anything impossible at all. Each day upon arising, they cannot wait to have more fun exploring their unfolding imaginations. They look forward to their unfolding experience.

 The world is their oyster. They trust and know it to be so. They are relaxed in their trusting.

 We are these children. We just forget.

 Younger children describe the experiences of their day by describing the feeling of the events using their senses. Just listen and observe them. ‘I saw, it felt like, I heard, I smelled, I tasted, I touched…They uniquely animate their experiences. And then they let them go. Younger children do not seem to remember inconsequential details of their day.

 Ask them what they ate for lunch and most cannot remember. Ask them a feeling question about their day and they will remember how they felt, and when the day is past, it’s over.

Each day begins anew with children. An open palette.

We are these children, we just forget.

So, in responding to the question of ‘what is my life’s purpose?’

 We are living it now. Are you InJoying your life in this very moment, or are you dissatisfied with your life?

 What is defining your experience? Your Authentic Nature, or your perceived unmet nurturing of an image of you?

 Your thoughts as your are relating to your current idea of an Immortal Source of Love? Is your Source of Love Immortal? Never endingly Present with you? Or is it more of a now you experience IT, now you don’t?

Trusting or untrusting? Ask yourself where did this idea come from originally?

 Are you peaceful in this moment or full of striving and unrest?

 Ask to know the source of your emotions, all of them. What are they based upon? Reality or unrealistic expectations?

We begin to experience the ‘what are you going to be when you grow up’ questions, when we doubt ourselves and forget who we authentically are, we listen more to others. This is a Source of Life related ‘issue’, that gets passed along…

 Not allowing the natural abilities and talents and gifts to follow their unfolding course, we continue to put pressure on ourselves to constantly ‘perform’, and now we are presented with the idea of having to ‘figure something out in order to survive in this world’ which leads us to searching for something that is already innate if we will only follow our Heart’s leading by trusting our own Heart. Our passion, our joy of Being expressing ItSelf. This state of being unrestful, can and does, if allowed to continue, lead us to ‘wanting’ it all mapped out, and ‘needing’ a planned agenda due to uncertainty, like a mission to be pursued, and it now becomes a mission impossible because of the underlying feeling of angst and striving to have to survive, that accompanies this way of thinking.

This is not living. It becomes about surviving. Big difference from living authentically from a trustful state.

 Something changed in us… From living as Being fully supported to now ‘needing’ to do whatever we can to survive.

 This life is not about surviving. All our needs are provided for if we know and trust our Divine Source of All Living. Our True Connection with an Endless Source, an Immortal Source forever Unfolding ITSELF.

When we are open to the Never-ending stream, all angst and stress eventually dissipate from tying us up in knots, releasing us from whatever is keeping us from being unable to move forward, and now we are able to live in our Authentic Power as continually coming into being with our Source of All Being. The Never-Ending Being, The Immortal Source of Life and Love. It takes being aware of ITs Presence.

This is conscious living. Being aware of GOD’s Presence, at all times.

Life imitates Heart. It is full of sound, color, light, energy experiencing ITSelf.

 

Aligning our experiences with the Energy we are expressing from. We are naturally drawn to our unique experience. There is no doubt when connected to Immortal Source of Life. We feel IT radiating from the very Center of our Being. Like a child does.

A child of God Most High. God as in our Heavenly Parent.

Whom delights in giving us the Desires of our Heart. Our hearts are One in desire with our Parent.

As a parent, I only desire for my children to have the best experiences in their life, which leads to their Highest Potential which is always unfolding. An earthly picture of a Spiritual existence unfolding in the integrating experience of it all.

 Are we there yet?

Yes. When we decide to tap into and draw from the Account we’ve been given with our name on it, and use what is our Natural Inheritance.

Are we spending our Allow-ance freely, or hoarding it away for another ‘time’?  Always preparing to live but never really living…There is ‘no time’ like the Present.

 You will know your Life’s purpose and mission when you know yourself as an Immortal Being. This can only be known by spending time being alone (all one) with your thoughts and sifting and sorting through your emotions, uncovering our authentic Heart underneath all the things we have spent so much time covering over our Hearts with throughout the years.

 Keep the gems and return the unusable portions back to where they belong, that which supports the ground we are walking upon, because there is a purpose for everything that happens in our life, it is just a matter of how we utilize them.

 Now is the perfect moment to reconnect and reunite with your Authentic Self, by bringing all the gold pieces of yourself you have left scattered somewhere else in the past, bring yourself back into the Present Oneness of Being Present Now.

Live life from an Immortal point of view and a not a limited one. 

Be Here Now and You Will Know. Clarity, focus, clear vision. Ask to know what your Heart’s truest desires are…listen to what your Heart says. Live InTuned and be open to what is shaping and fashioning you by what you truly love.

 You will be able to see your Authentic Self seeing Its reflection in the mirror looking back at you, while knowing you are not the image you may have thought you were. Accept yourself where you are right now, and the rest will unfold…

 Take your rightful place as Child of God by Divine Inheritance and you will experience what it means to be living your purpose right here, right now, as You were called into Being to live, as an expression of Immortal Love, forever Present, and giving of ITSELF for you.

 In considering your life’s purpose, I leave you with some words of wisdom from Vernon Howard,
